7th Grade Math Enhancement

Donnetta Schaaf - Washington Middle School

Class Description: This class will be geared toward strengthening math concepts.  We will be focusing on reviewing and learning concepts and skills that are covered on the Montana Comprehensive Assessment test (CRT Test).

Goals For This CourseIt is my hope that you will realize the importance of giving your best effort on the CRT test. You are in this course because you failed to make Adequate Yearly Progress as defined by the state. By focusing on your areas of weakness, we hope to see gains on the CRT test you take in the spring. Hard work and paying close attention are the biggest keys to being succesful in this course.

Materials: Each day, you will be expected to bring your pencil, a correcting pen, a pocket folder, loose leaf paper and any assigned work completed.

Daily Assignments:   A lot of our work will be done in class and there will not be an assignment given every day.  When an assignment is given, I expect it to be done on time. If homework is handed in late (not including absences), it will result in a lower grade.

Quizzes: There may be short section quizzes typically following a topic of study.
