Form -

The students learn how form is used in creating an artwork.
They will do a report on and evaluate a famous art work.
In the report they will explain the focal point, dominant color, the creation of harmony and variety and the use of complementary colors.

Still Life -

The students review their drawing and shading skills   while using Form to arange a still life.

Painting -

The students learn about color with the use of tempera paints.
They will then do a painting using complementary colors.

Perspective -

The students learn to draw an inside corner using two-point perspective.
After four days of instruction the students will draw one of the corners in the art room and shade it using colored pencils.
